Observations

Observations can be interesting. Last week my husband observed me working on 4 projects that I neatly laid out on the footstool. He wondered why I had 4 different projects going... Of course I had a reasonable explanation: 1. "Drops" sweater- Group project with Lynne and our Saturday am knitting group. 2. Baby Kimono- gift for a friend at work. 3. Gloves- another Lynne project! 4. Paton's sweater vest- my own project. I don't think he gets it. But we all do and isn't it great to a few unfinished objects to choose from!

Welcome to the "Drunken Purl"

Happy Thanksgiving and welcome to the first post on the "Drunken Purl"- a blog about life and knitting. What pressure- the first post. I have been sitting here for a while now contemplating and contemplating... So on Thanksgiving I thought it would be appropriate to mention some things I am thankful for:
